About Me

Genuine compassion and non-judgment - these have been the foundation of my practice as a counselor, and I am committed to helping clients feel better and take control of their lives once again. I believe that our clients are the experts in their lives, and we can be partners in this journey of healing and renewal.

With a Master’s degree in Psychology and over eight years of experience in the field, I was given the opportunity to work with people from different walks of life, including those dealing with depression, anxiety, work-related concerns such as burnout or conflicts with colleagues or upper management, financial difficulties, and relationship issues. Our clients muster a lot of courage to step forward to seek help, that’s why my core is centered in fostering a positive and collaborative relationship with clients. At the best of my abilities, I create a safe space where clients can express their real selves without fear of being judged or misunderstood. My approach is client-centered and humanistic, meaning that since I see clients as experts in their lives, I am merely a guide in this journey, and we actively work together to make sense of their thoughts, emotions and behaviors.

I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing periods of anxiety and depression. Moreover, I also am certified in providing couples counselling, helping the couple navigate certain relationship issues and emerge out of the sessions with a stronger bond together. I strive my best to safeguard my client’s privacy, respect their beliefs, values, and experiences as well as uphold their well-being above all else. I ensure that I am engaged in constant professional development and training to guarantee that I am providing the most appropriate and current therapeutic intervention.

If you are feeling lost, overwhelmed, or simply need someone to talk to, I’m here to listen and help. We can be partners in this path of discovery, healing and renewal. Do not let the embers of hope fade away, and it’s okay to ask for help. I believe that everyone has great strengths, and we can do great things once we realize or cultivate those positive qualities in us. It would be my honor and privilege to be your partner in this wellness journey.
