About Me

As a Registered Guidance Counselor with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas and a Master of Arts in Education, specializing in Guidance and Counseling from FEU Roosevelt Cainta, I bring 14 years of dedicated experience to my practice. My passion lies in nurturing the well- being and personal growth of individuals across all stages of life.

I believe in the transformative power of connection. My extensive background in adolescent and adult counseling, career guidance, and grief support enables me to provide holistic care tailored to the unique needs of each person I work with. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions.

In my role, I offer comprehensive guidance and counseling services, including personalized training sessions and seminars designed to foster growth and resilience. My expertise in Psychological First Aid, crisis intervention, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) allows me to support individuals effectively, ensuring that their journey aligns with their personal goals and needs.

Throughout my career, I have facilitated various seminars and workshops, addressing topics such as sexual and reproductive health, career awareness, anti-bullying initiatives, and strategies for teaching children with disabilities. I am committed to promoting overall well-being through psycho-spiritual seminars and leadership training, emphasizing self-management and workplace support.

My approach is rooted in empathy and genuine care. I listen wholeheartedly, providing encouragement and affirmation to those I work with. I see my role as a counselor not just as a guide, but as a trusted ally—someone who is present to support, uplift, and nurture individuals on their journey.

If you are seeking a compassionate partner to navigate life’s challenges, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can explore your path toward healing, self-discovery, and personal empowerment. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on this journey.
