I’ve spent over 13 years working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and life transitions. I hold graduate training in clinical psychology, and I’ve taught and practiced in academic, hospital, and community settings. But more than my credentials, what I offer you is presence - real, kind, and grounded.
I speak Bisaya, Tagalog, and English. You can bring your story in the language that feels most natural to you.
